A RIDE IN STYLE TO ENNIS

It was our last day in Ireland and we decided to take a leisurely bus ride over to Ennis...a quaint little Irish town next to the River Fergus.  The bus decision was two fold...we didn’t have to ride with Mario any more and Mario could actually enjoy a few brews!  Yep, I should mention that Mario endured the “nagagators” in the back seat on the 2 1/2 hour drive over the river and through the woods (and mountains) to and from Dingle stone cold sober!  We all agreed it was time for him to play catch up...hence the bus ride to Ennis 🍺🍺🍺🍺🚌. I can, however, say that we rode in style.  Look at the brand name of the bus above the driver’s head...

Public transportation in Ireland is AMAZING!  There was even free Wi-Fi!  I would also like to mention that the Wi-Fi on the bus in rural Ireland was better than the Wi-Fi in Pontiac πŸ€”. Once we arrived in Ennis we planted the boys in a Pub (go figure and remember there are two on every corner) while Carol and I did a little shopping...

After returning to Bunratty we decided to have our “last supper” at Durty Nelly’s.  After all, we would need carbs (a/k/a more beer battered fish, a crap load of French fries, and several more Guinness) for the trip to London on Thursday 😎

Catch you on the flip flop...
